This TVR 450SE for sale (it’s advertised on Pistonheads) is really a special one. It was originally built for and sent to Royalty of Bahrain (yes, where you can find 6 examples of my second favourite car: the Dauer Racing 962. Of course the first is the W112BHG TVR Cerbera Speed 12).
It came back to the UK in 1998 and owned by one keeper. It’s in Juniper Pearlescent paintwith full magnolia hide piped in dark green, full Wilton carpets in beige, full air conditioning, amazing sound system which was almost GB£ 10,000 in 1992 and, a very special feature for a TVR, a development ZF automatic gearbox.
The car is as supplied new by the factory with following additions: hi-Spec brake brake conversion in 2001, new bespoke exhaust fitted 2001 by Lola / Cosworth exhaust engineer, Side exiting stainless steel pipes via mild steel headers. ( Old SEAC exhaust still available), ECU re-chipped to overcome lean running at top end, professionally re-Sprung & now fully adjustable AVO damping on all 4 corners.
I'm not all that into 'wedges', but I wouldn't mind having this one on my driveway…
