As the best thing you could do with your TVR is drive, drive and drive, here is an interesting proposal for a trip through the Swiss Alps to enjoy incredible landscapes and funny roads.
My tradition: once or twice in the year doing a big trip with a special car.
The day: Monday 07.26.2011. It was the only day in my holiday with good weather. Now mostly it is raining in Switzerland.
I planed to have a father and son day with a good trip in the Swiss Alps with 5 passes in Switzerland, the right thing for two car maniacs as us.
The car: TVR Sagaris, SpeedSix, LHD.
The endurance test: 5 Swiss alpine passes. 620 km.
The route : Bottmingen (near Basel), motorway to Wassen, Susten-Pass, Innertkirch, Grimsel-Pass, Ulrichen, Nufenen-Pass, Airolo, Biasca, Lukmanier-Pass , Disentis, Oberalp-Pass , Andermatt and then on the motorway back to Bottmingen.
