NEW Sagaris for sale: TVR or not TVR?

STR8SIX has a totally new Sagaris for sale. It comes for 62.000 GBP and has a 4.3 Liters Speed Six with many improvements: EN40B steel crank, H section forged conrods, lightweight one piece flywheel, ceramic coated manifolds and motorsport cats, uprated airbox, bespoke engine MAP.
The car has Saspberry Red Pearl paintwork, black leather with carbon black seat, door and lower dash inserts, black carpets with black piping, alpine/JBL ipod compatible stereo system, air Con. 18″ Jade wheels to TVR spec.

But the question is: is it worth it? We called it “Sagaris”, not a “TVR Sagaris”. We cannot discuss about the quality of building (the car is built with original parts) and of course, it could be even better than the original. But STR8SIX is not the owner of TVR badges. So we believe we’d have an apocryphal car. It could not have an original chassis plaque, It could not exist in the official registers at Blackpool. It wouldn’t wear any TVR badge, it couldn’t be considered (in our modest opinion) an original car. And if one day we tryed to sell it? Maybe this could be a problem. Or maybe not, of course.

Of course, if someone has a different idea, every comment is welcomed!
