On TVR’s official Youtube page there’s a small video featuring boss Les Edgar arriving a Gordon Murray Design‘s headquarter at the wheel of the new TVR Griffith. Reading on various comments concerning the shared video, it seems this engine resembles a lot the gorgeous roar of the TVR Cerbera.
In the second part of the video Mr. Edgar gives a great “SSSHIT” when he probably gives a too much gas and the Griffith’s tail shakes.
Of course we’re speaking about two different historical epochs but it’s fair to say that it will be really interesting to read/watch a comparison between a TVR Griffith and a TVR Cerbera 4.5 (under a romantic point of view, the best opponent would be The Last Cerbera). Obviously the Cerbera will have to fight again at least 20 years of motoring evolution. But “something” in my brain says that “maybe” the Cerbera won’t receive a disastrous defeat.
ANY TVR CERBERA OWNER HAS AN OPINION ON THIS? DON’T BE SHY AND GIVE ME YOUR THOUGHTs.
